Owing to vast experience in these fields, we offer high quality PTFE Skive Sheets. These products are manufactured from high quality raw materials. These raw materials are procured from trusted vendors. These products are widely used in designing circuit boards, pumps and valves.
PTFE Skived Sheet – Precision Thin Film for Critical Applications
Kaxite Sealing’s PTFE Skived Sheet is produced by skiving (peeling) from a molded PTFE billet, resulting in a thin, uniform film with excellent dimensional stability and surface finish. This high-purity material offers outstanding chemical resistance, low friction, and a wide service temperature range, making it the preferred choice for gasketing, electrical insulation, and anti-stick liners.
Why Kaxite? With ISO 9001 certification and over 25 years of PTFE processing experience, we deliver skived sheets with tight thickness tolerances (±0.02 mm) and consistent quality. Our OEM/ODM services include custom widths, lengths, and adhesive backing options.

Why Skived vs. Molded?
Thinner & More Uniform
Skiving allows thicknesses as low as 0.25 mm with tight tolerances, whereas molded sheets are generally thicker and less consistent.
Higher Surface Quality
The skiving process produces a smooth, glossy surface without flow lines or voids, ideal for critical sealing and electrical applications.
Cost-Effective for Thin Gauge
For thin sheets, skiving reduces material waste and machining costs compared to molding and subsequent slicing.
Flexible Lengths
Skived sheets can be produced in continuous rolls, offering longer lengths than molded sheets, which are limited by press size.
Customization Options
Thickness: From 0.1 mm to 12 mm, with precision tolerance as tight as ±0.02 mm.
Width & Length: Slit to any width (minimum 10 mm) and cut to any length or supplied in rolls.
Adhesive Backing: Pressure-sensitive acrylic or silicone adhesive applied to one side for easy installation.
Fillers: Glass fiber (25%), carbon, graphite, or bronze for improved wear, creep resistance, or thermal conductivity.
Surface Treatment: Etching (sodium ammonia) for improved bonding to adhesives or coatings.
Color Coding: Available in custom colors for identification and branding.
